If your bike has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Once shipped, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. All returns must be approved in writing by our customer service team before being sent back.

To qualify for a refund, the bike must be returned in its original box with all protective packaging, clean, undamaged and showing minimal signs of use. Test rides are permitted. However, if the bike has been ridden more than 15 miles or returned with marks, wear or damage, including any sustained in transit, we reserve the right to deduct refurbishment or repair costs from your refund.

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery, or if the bike has been extensively used or modified, unless covered under our limited warranty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Initial delivery fees are non-refundable. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments, so we strongly recommend photographing the bike and packaging before dispatch and arranging appropriate insurance.

Once received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return qualifies for a refund, store credit or exchange. To begin the process, email contact@echamp.tech.

Pre-orders cancelled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund of the total order value. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Orders that include DVLA registration or number plate services are non-refundable once the registration has been submitted.

Every E-Champ is built to order in Buckinghamshire. Typical build time is 4 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase, as each bike is crafted and finished individually.

Once your bike is complete, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date, time and address that works best for you. Delivery is scheduled within 14 days of completion, subject to location and availability.

We’ll keep you informed throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your build.

Every E-Champ is delivered with care, not dropped at the door.

Our White Glove Service ensures your bike arrives fully assembled, fully charged and ready to ride. A member of the E-Champ team will personally deliver your bike, walk you through its features and answer any questions so you feel confident from the first mile.

This includes a full demonstration of the display unit, power modes, battery removal and charging process, braking system and general maintenance guidance. We’ll also ensure the bike is correctly set up for you, including seat height and riding position adjustments.

For customers outside our core delivery radius, bikes may be shipped securely via specialist courier. In these cases, the bike will arrive largely assembled with clear instructions provided. If required, a virtual handover can be arranged with our team to guide you through setup and features.

White Glove Delivery is designed to make the final step as considered as the build itself. From workshop to doorstep, every detail is handled properly.

At E-Champ Electric Bikes, we are committed to sourcing and producing high quality products built to last. Every bike purchase includes a comprehensive 5 year warranty from the date of delivery or collection, along with a Lifetime Frame Warranty.

In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim, we will take into consideration the bike’s storage conditions and usage when assessing and authorising any warranty repair.

Our Lifetime Frame Warranty covers frame breakage. The 5 year warranty covers motor failure, handlebar breakage, throttle control failure and lighting failure. The battery is covered for 24 months or up to 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first. The charger is covered for 24 months. General wear and tear on all parts is not included.

The warranty applies to the original owner only, is non transferable and is valid only with proof of purchase showing the purchase date and model designation. To maintain the 5 year warranty, the bike must be returned to E-Champ for a full service and health check 12 months after purchase. This service is carried out by an E-Champ technician at a cost of £90. Failure to complete this service will result in the warranty being void.

E-Champ Electric Bikes reserves the right to reject warranty coverage if documentation relating to E-Champ components is incomplete or inaccurate. If a fault is identified, the owner must contact E-Champ to initiate the warranty process. Any component requiring repair under warranty must be transported to the dealer at the owner’s expense and risk, and collected once repairs are complete.

Repair work carried out by unauthorised third parties will not be reimbursed and may void the warranty. Repairs or component replacements during the warranty period do not extend or reset the original warranty term. Replacement parts may be functionally equivalent components. This warranty excludes claims for property damage, downtime, travel expenses, lost profit or any other consequential loss. E-Champ Electric Bikes’ maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Upon receiving your bike, inspect it immediately for any shipping damage. Freight claims are time sensitive and must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Photograph any damage clearly and retain all packaging and documentation until the inspection process is complete.

From fine tuning to full health checks, our technicians can service your E-Champ wherever you are. At home support is available nationwide and must be booked in advance. Charges apply and will be confirmed during scheduling. Contact us via contact@echamp.tech to arrange your at home servicing.

Our health check is comprehensive and carried out with the same care as the original build. We inspect tyre pressures and tread condition, remove any glass or debris embedded in the tyres, and provide a report on remaining tread life, approximate mileage and road legality.

Wheels are checked for rim damage and bearing condition to ensure smooth, stable performance.

The braking system is inspected in full, including hoses, discs and brake pad wear. We test lever feel and piston operation to confirm correct function and responsiveness.

Lights and indicators are tested to ensure they are operating correctly, properly aligned and road legal.

Steering components are examined for wear, including front and rear suspension where applicable, to maintain control and ride quality.

The battery is tested and assessed, with a condition report provided to give you a clear understanding of its health and performance.

Every check is designed to protect longevity, safety and the riding experience.
