BOOK A TEST RIDE

At-home test rides are available across mainland UK for £150, fully redeemable against your purchase should you decide to go ahead. In-store test rides are complimentary. Once booked, our team will contact you within two business days to confirm the details and ensure everything is arranged smoothly.

For at-home rides, simply choose the time and location and we will bring your selected E-Champ model to you, fully charged and ready to ride. Your session is one to one, giving you the space to explore the bike’s performance, features and technology before taking it out on your own terms. At-home test rides are available within the UK only and subject to postcode eligibility.

FAQ'S

How long is the test ride?

Around 30 minutes. We’ll spend 10 minutes briefing you on the bike, let you ride for 15 or so, and wrap up with any final questions. If you need more or less time, just let us know.

Is there any commitment?

None. At-home rides are paid (£150) but fully redeemable if you go on to purchase. In-store rides are completely free. You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel any time before your slot.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details. If you need to change the date, time, location or cancel altogether, just drop us a line at contact@echamp.tech and we’ll sort it out.

Can I test ride a particular model?

Not exactly, but we’ll bring both motor setups: the 36V x 250W (UK road legal) and the 48V x 500W (off-road terrain), so you can experience the difference first-hand.

What if I'm not in the UK?

Right now, test rides are only available within mainland UK. But we do ship internationally, and our team can walk you through your options via video if needed. Get in touch at contact@echamp.tech.
