Around 30 minutes. We’ll spend 10 minutes briefing you on the bike, let you ride for 15 or so, and wrap up with any final questions. If you need more or less time, just let us know.
None. At-home rides are paid (£150) but fully redeemable if you go on to purchase. In-store rides are completely free. You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel any time before your slot.
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details. If you need to change the date, time, location or cancel altogether, just drop us a line at contact@echamp.tech and we’ll sort it out.
Not exactly—but we’ll bring both motor setups: the 36V x 250W (UK road legal) and the 48V x 500W (off-road terrain), so you can experience the difference first-hand.
