EChamp x Lewis Moody Draw T&Cs
INTRODUCTION
The EChamp x ‘03 Champions Lewis Moody Bike Draw is a Free Prize Draw administered by The Electric Scooter Company Group Ltd t/a EChamp on behalf of The Champions 2003 Foundation (Registered Charity No. 1187733).
All funds raised will go directly to the charity. Both paid and free entries have an equal chance of winning.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering. By entering, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.

ELIGIBILITY
- Open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over.
- Entries from Northern Ireland and outside the UK are not accepted.
- Employees of The Electric Scooter Company Group Ltd t/a EChamp, The Champions 2003 Foundation, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Proof of age and residency may be requested before the prize is awarded.
ENTRY PERIOD
Entries open 00:01 on Monday 11 November 2025 and close 23:59 on Sunday 15 December 2025.
Entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.
HOW TO ENTER
Paid Entry
- £10 per entry or £40 for five entries via the official campaign webpage.
- Prices exclude standard payment-processing and administrative fees.
Free Postal Entry
To enter for free, send a plain postcard with your full name, postal address, email address, mobile number, and the words
“Lewis Moody Bike Draw” to:

Free entries must arrive before the closing date. One entry per postcard. Illegible, incomplete, or hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
Equal Chance Statement: All valid paid and free entries will be entered into the same draw and have an equal chance of winning.
THE PRIZE
One-of-one EChamp x Lewis Moody Edition Electric Bike, featuring:
- Carrara White frame (matching the ‘03 Champions design)
- White and Red Café Racer seat
- Lewis Moody’s signature and ‘03 Champions logo embroidered into the seat
- Certificate of Authenticity confirming this as a unique build
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
THE DRAW
All eligible entries will be pooled, and the winner will be selected at random via an independent electronic draw administered by EChamp.
The process will be documented and independently verified to ensure fairness and transparency.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
- The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) working days of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days, an alternative winner may be drawn at random.
- The winner’s first name and county will be published on this page within 14 days of the draw.
PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize will be hand-delivered or shipped (UK delivery included). The winner may be asked to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.
USE OF FUNDS
All entry proceeds (excluding standard card-processing and administrative fees) will be transferred directly to The Champions 2003 Foundation after the draw.
PUBLICITY
By entering, participants agree that their name and image may be used for promotional and publicity purposes relating to the draw, without additional compensation. Entrants may withdraw consent for publicity at any time by contacting contact@echamp.tech.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data is collected and used solely for administering entries, conducting the draw, and contacting the winner.
GENERAL TERMS
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
- The Administrator is not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete entries.
- The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding.
- This promotion and these Terms are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
