At E-Champ, we take pride in delivering electric bikes built to last—with premium materials, expert craftsmanship, and service to match. Every bike purchase comes with a 5-year comprehensive warranty and a Lifetime Frame Warranty, effective from the date of delivery or collection.

In the unlikely event you need to make a claim, we’ll assess the case in full, taking into account usage and storage conditions to determine the appropriate course of action.

WHAT'S COVERED

LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY

Our lifetime frame warranty covers structural breakage or failure of the main framework.

FIVE-YEAR COMPONENT WARRANTY

Our five-year component warranty covers motor failure, handlebar breakage, throttle control malfunction, and lighting issues.

24-MONTH MOTOR OR BATTERY WARRANTY

Batteries are covered for 24 months or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first, and chargers are covered for 24 months from the date of purchase.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

General wear and tear on parts—including tyres, brake pads, and chains—is not covered under warranty. Damage caused by neglect, misuse, unauthorised modifications or servicing, or improper storage will also void your warranty.

Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original owner. A valid proof of purchase—consisting of the original receipt or invoice—must be provided to make a claim.

FAQ

Yes. To maintain your warranty, your bike must undergo a full service and health check by an authorised E-Champ technician within 12 months of purchase. The service costs £90. If this isn’t completed within the 12-month window, the warranty will be void.

If you suspect a fault, contact us at contact@echamp.tech to begin the warranty process. Any faulty component must be returned to E-Champ at your own expense and risk. Once repairs are complete, we’ll contact you to arrange collection or return. Please note that unauthorised repairs by third parties will void the warranty.

No. Repairs or replacements carried out during the warranty period do not extend or reset your coverage. Replacement parts may be substituted with functionally equivalent components if the originals are no longer available.

This warranty doesn’t cover indirect or incidental costs—such as property damage, lost income, downtime, or travel expenses. E-Champ’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the bike.

Inspect your bike immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take dated photographs and keep all original packaging. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. We won’t be able to accept claims submitted after that window.
