If your bike hasn’t shipped yet, you’re eligible for a 100% refund. Once shipped, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved in writing by our customer service team before being sent back.To qualify for a refund, the bike must be returned in its original box with all protective packaging. It should be clean, undamaged, and show minimal signs of use. You may test ride the bike, but if it has been ridden more than 15 miles or returned with marks, wear, or damage—including any sustained during return transit—we reserve the right to deduct refurbishment or repair costs from your refund. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery, or if the bike has been used extensively or modified, unless it falls under our limited warranty.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund initial delivery fees, and we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend photographing your bike and packaging before sending it back, and insuring your shipment against loss or damage.Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund, store credit or exchange.
